Villa Aydan is a impressive stone villa, located on a popular street in the residential Ortaalan area.  The town centre and shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. This is an ideal location for those wanting to be central, however away from the noise and bustle.  Located on a quiet street corner, the villa has a larger than average private pool, large sun terraces and garden areas. The sun terraces get the sun all day long throughout the summer. The pergolas offer a happy escape for those who need some shade.

The ground floor has an open plan living area with full length lounge windows overlooking the pool and gardens. Sliding doors lead from the lounge out onto the shaded dining area with BBQ. A modern kitchen offers provides a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor and good selection of crockery, pots and pans. The central hallway serves as a utility/laundry area and leads to the two ground floor bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size double bed with a view over the pool plus a brand new en suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom offers two single beds overlooking the garden with adjacent shower bathroom.

An attractive stone spiral staircase leads up to the first floor and roof terrace levels.  On the first floor is just one large master bedroom, with en suite shower bathroom and private shaded sea view balcony. The master bedroom balcony is furnished with a set sofas/armchairs, plus a table and chairs for 6 to 8 people to chill out and relax. The master bedroom also offers a day bed with mattress (90x200cm) , ideal for sleeping one additional child if needed.

At the top is a private sea view roof terrace with wrought iron lounging furniture perfect for enjoying pre dinner drinks, a night cap or just to relax under the stars.

Guests will find the substantial ground floor layout of Villa Aydan, with its two bedrooms and bathrooms, makes it very easy to live in and perfect for mixed family groups/less mobile visitors. The villa is large enough to sleep two small families with 4 adults and 3 children plus a baby.  The thick stone clad walls of the villa make it particularly comfortable in summer keeping it nice and cool. Outside the large pool offers all day sunshine and plenty outside terrace space.
