Black Lion Property Services was established back in November 2001 in response to the growing need for a Kalkan estate agency to cater for the specific needs of foreign buyers.
Over the 19 years we have been operating we have seen many changes to the industry. The property boom of 2005/6 and the subsequent decline following the worldwide financial collapse. We have also witnessed the growth of the private holiday rental market and a shift in buyer types and their requirements.
We continue to strive to offer the most personal and professional service to our clients and keep apace of new regulations and requirements in the international property industry. - Property Sales & Marketing
As Kalkan’s most established estate agency we have one of the largest portfolios of property for sale and some of the best resale properties. When it comes to reselling we are the first choice of agent for many of our former buyers. Many of our property listings are on an exclusive basis.
On behalf of our property sellers, we are firmly committed to providing quality and up to date sales information via this website. We also work hard to promote their property through relevant advertising and editorial work and good links to a number of property magazine editors.
In 2004 we filmed with Amanda Lamb’s Channel 4 “A Place in the Sun!” which has been re run an embarrassing number of times since.
- Property Management & Rentals
In 2017 we supported the relaunch of our former property management and rental business under the name of “Kalkan Holidays“. Kalkan Holidays is run by our nephew Tufan Duymaz and offers full villa management/maintenance and guest services. These services are supplied from our brand new ultra modern “Kalkan Holidays” office located on the Kalamar Road. More than ever before we are able to give new owners a seamless transfer to home ownership.
- Design, Construction and Refurbishment
We have been designing and constructing a small number of bespoke high quality villas since 2001 and from 2017 onwards, we have worked in close collaboration with “Kalkan Holidays” and architect “Gizem Duymaz of Giza Mimarlik“.
Together we are able to deliver a wide variety of services, from something as simple as a new bathroom or kitchen, to a complete villa/apartment redesign with construction quote.
In many cases we can offer these services prior to you making a purchase offer, giving you total reassurance and peace of mind of the costs to come.
