ABOUT USMy husband and I established Black Lion Property Services back in November 2001 in response to the need for a professional Kalkan estate agency, adept to understanding and catering for the specific needs of foreign buyers in the area. Over the 9 years we have been operating, we have established a well earned reputation for professional service and a comprehensive range of customer services. 
Black Lion was the first estate agency in Kalkan to be accepted as members of the NAEA Overseas (Formerly FOPDAC), and is the only agency belonging to the AIPP and the Turkish British Chamber of Commerce (TBCCI). We continually strive to serve our clients better and keep apace of new regulations and requirements in the international property industry.    Our ServicesSalesAt Black Lion we aim to ensure that our clients will be satisfied both with the choice of and quality of property that they buy, as well as their overall buying experience. For this reason we are selective about which properties we sell. Our business principle is to build long term relationships with both our buyers and our sellers to ensure our clients' needs are best met. We understand that for most people purchasing a home abroad is a luxury/investment, not a life essential, and we are here to make that experience a safe and pleasurable one. Please see our testimonials. Management & RentalsUntil 2005 we offered in-house property management and property rental services. However by 2005 our management business had grown so large that it was necessary to split it into a separate business (KPS) which is now run by our former employees. We maintain strong links with KPS to ensure that our buyers have a trouble free transition into property ownership and get full marketing support from both companies if they decide to rent their property. We are also able to advise and recommend other property maintenance options for new owners who do not require the full on service of a full management company or who wish to get quotes from other suppliers. Design & ConstructionFrom 2001 we have worked as project managers with a number of architects to deliver bespoke designed and constructed properties. In 2008 we used our expertise to construct our own villas for sale: The Kalkan Park Villas which were delivered to our clients in May 2010. We also offer consultancy services for developers. Marketing and Public RelationsOn behalf of property sellers, we are firmly committed to providing quality and up to date sales information through our web site, as well as by promoting through relevant advertising, editorial, and property exhibitions channels. In 2004 we filmed with Channel 4's "A Place in the Sun!" which has been re run many times since.
